MicroSourcing Starts Monthly Celebration, Energy Conservation Programs

The management and employees of MicroSourcing got together and enjoyed great food and company at MS Café last September 3 for the launching of the Monthly Celebration program. This was in line with the company’s efforts to enhance employee enhancement. The Energy Conservation program was also launched during the event.
The Monthly Celebration program is the replacement of the complimentary beverages provided by the company to employees. According to Human Capital Strategy and Delivery Group (HCSDG) Manager Rami Rosima Jr., “by redirecting our resources from our monthly beverage funds, we will be able to provide the opportunity to celebrate milestones, get together, and enjoy each other’s company.”
Meanwhile, MicroSourcing encouraged employees to help conserve energy by following simple guidelines such as turning off your PC including the monitor before you log out and disposing of garbage properly.
