Outsourcing Professionals Get Good Pay, Compensations

In the Outsourcing Professionals Salary Survey conducted by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), 95% of the participating companies indicated that their outsourcing professionals in high-level positions get good salaries and their compensations can reach six figures. The said report shows that the annual compensation for employees who hold senior-level positions starts at $51,000.
According to IAOP Chairman Michael Corbett, outsourcing professionals are well compensated since their work involves “setting strategic direction and overseeing some of the most important aspects of their company’s operations.”
IAOP's Advocacy & Outreach Committee, in association with the Human Capital Institute, conducted the survey to look at the number of outsourcing professionals, compensation levels, incentive plans, and job opportunities.
The IAOP is the global, standard-setting organization and advocate for the outsourcing profession.
