MicroStatus - Online Team Status Tool

In the previous section, we looked at our online candidate recruitment and selection tool MicroResumes. In our quest for transparency, we have also created another online tool that provides our clients with all possible team status data.

This online team status tool runs on www.MicroStatus.com. It provides the following information:

Clients:

• Can login and view a list of their offshore employees and their basic biodata
• Can view their offshore team member's attendance reports. These reports are created based on our biometric login systems that provide 100% accurate attendance data. Client can review the exact login/logout data and reports on lates, leaves, and other attendance-related statistics.
• Can submit performance reports on their offshore staff members (under construction).
• Can view details on their employee's workstation configuration including all hardware and software data.

Employees:

• Can login to review and update their biodata
• Can view their own attendance data

MicroSourcing:

• Can manage a list of all employees and their basic biodata
• Can process attendance data and create comprehensive reports
• Can manage all workstation configuration data.

MicroStatus is only available to MicroSourcing clients with active projects. We are constantly working on adding more features to our online tools so that we can keep on improving the quality of our services.
