US Recruiter

Responsibilities

We are in need of US Recruitment Specialists to join our team of young and dynamic professionals. The role will mainly involve sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing US candidates for placement. Other tasks include writing job advertisements for online posting, headhunting and building relationships with candidates.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor''''s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • With knowledge and experience in using different US job boards
  • Ability to interview candidates over the phone and ensure their qualifications meets the job requirements
  • Required language: ENGLISH (excellent written and verbal skills).
  • With 1- 2 years US Recruitment experience / or With 3-5 years local recruitment experience plus 1-2 years US Call Center experience
  • Must be confident and personable with ambition, enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis, Q,C.
  • Must have Filipino Citizenship or a legal resident in the Philippines
  • Must be willing to work night shifts.
  • Job Package Details

    This is the compensation package for this job opening:

    Salary:   Php 16000 to Php 30000 depending on your qualifications
    Working Hours:   Night Shift (8:30pm - 5:30am)
    Medical Insurance:   Small Private
    Food & Drinks   Free coffee, tea and soft drinks
