Responsibilities
We're looking for highly talented, motivated and dynamic Global Sales Associates to join our growing team of competent professionals.
Requirements
Responsibilities
• To convert all leads/phone calls into sales transactions
• To try and persuade clients to avail the company's goods and services, or at least accept a trial
• Persuade customers to accept a trial period or a visit from a sales representative
• Provide outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Follow prescribed processes and schedules when doing the call
• Gather and document information about the customer
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or any of its equivalent
• Customer service & Sales-oriented
• Results driven
• Willing to learn and understand the business
• Previous sales and call center experiences are preferred but not required
• Must have very strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a good listener
• Excellent English writing skills
• Knowledge in using basic computer applications and internet
• Amenable working on a graveyard shift
• Willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis, Q.C., Philippines
