Job Opening:

Technical Writer/QA Tester

Responsibilities

• Provide status reports; keep team informed of issues and the status of work planned and completed.
• Write documentation from scratch (for new and running projects)
• Contribute to the tracking and resolution of bugs.
• Develop and software test plans.
• Analyze and write test standards and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of test results.
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective action.
• Work closely with development and support teams to analyze test results and recommend corrective action and ensure total product quality.

Requirements

Requirements:




  • At least 1 year experience testing web based applications and creation of documentation

  • Successful candidate must have strong analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills, and well as some programming knowledge

  • Solid understanding of QA processes, approaches, methodologies and development cycles

  • Familiar with a variety of testing practices and procedures and understands common software failures and faults for effective diagnosis and debugging

  • Must be familiar with creating documentation from scratch and utilize excellent communication skills to work with a team of developers, designers and writers

  • Experience in the testing of payroll, attendance, and scheduling systems a distinct advantage

  • Excellent English writing skills
