Provide full technical support to US clients via phone call, chat or webcast. Implementation of software tool on client website. Responsible for working with our client''''s webmasters to install the code for the tool.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and other website techniques.
- Very Tech Savvy and understands websites.
- Excellent English communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical instructions clearly.
- Experience working in a BPO environment is a plus.
- Willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis.
- Willing to work in the graveyard shift.
Job Package Details
This is the compensation package for this job opening:
| Salary: | Php 20000 to Php 30000 depending on your qualifications | |
| Working Hours: | Night Shift (8:30pm - 5:30am) | |
