Team Leader (project-based)

Responsibilities

We are looking for directory listings team leaders who will have supervisory positions in a project with one of our biggest clients. The project revolves around a number of quality assurance processes for print directories. You will be heading a team that will follow a number of protocols to filter out errors and redundancies in the directory listings. Some of these processes will involve outbound calls. As team leader you will be heading a group of associates and you will be responsible for ensuring a balanced workflow and you will track daily performance. You will report directly to the project manager.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably a 4-year course

At least one year experience in coaching and mentoring a team of data processing and/or outbound call associates

Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to make judgement based on limited information

Experience in using MS computer applications

Excellent English writing and speaking skills

Experience in monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of work

Experience in directory publishing industry is a strong advantage

Experience in outbound calls is a strong advantage

Job Package Details

This is the compensation package for this job opening:

Salary:		Php 25000 to Php 30000 depending on your qualifications
Working Hours:		Night Shift (8:30pm - 5:30am)
Medical Insurance:		Small Private
