Sourcing and Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

The position is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and solutions materials and gathering of key information to help strengthen the company’s brand and use this as a channel to sustain the hiring needs of MicroSourcing.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 months working experience in technology or service industry
  • At least six months experience working in human resources with employment and recruitment / sourcing and marketing background
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity with key human resource areas specifically, recruitment and sourcing and marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame
  • Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Hands on experience in graphic designs and/or adobe photoshop
  • Others:

  • Willing to work long hours
  • Must have any of these skills: Creative/Artistic Skills and Knowledge, Sales and Marketing, and IT Skills/Knowledge
  • Job Package Details

    This is the compensation package for this job opening:

    Salary:   Php 15000 to Php 18000 depending on your qualifications
    Working Hours:   Day Shift (8:30am - 5:30pm)
    Medical Insurance:   Small Private
    Food & Drinks   Free coffee, tea and soft drinks
