Job Opening:

Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

The position is primarily responsible for the ownership of the hiring process per project and the implementation of various recruitment strategies to ensure the timely completion of the client’s hiring requirements. This position is also responsible for and will serve as point of contact for recruitment operations and is tasked to liaise and address the needs of the clients.


KEY ACTIVITIES:
Accounts Management
  • Address the requests / inquiries of clients in a timely manner
  • Ensure regular endorsement of candidates to clients for review
  • Perform other initiatives that can further solidify client relationship
Development and Implementation of Process
  • Responsible for administration of the candidate process for all open tracks including conducting job interviews and placement
  • Facilitate the hand off process and communicate updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources)
  • Communicate hiring updates to the Operations team
  • Conduct Job Offer and submit contract generation request to HR
  • Facilitate other client-specific tests / processes
  • Establish guidelines and recruitment process flow for consistency
  • Determine Service Level Agreements in terms of hiring turnaround time per position / project
Report Generation
  • Maintain spreadsheets for the hiring headcount as well as, all weekly/monthly recruiting reports
  • Provide regular updates to clients
  • Utilize the data gathered / reports generated to establish recommendations to improve the process
  • Update and submit cost sheet for all new hires on a monthly basis
Others
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goal attainment or for his personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors.

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Familiarity with key human resource areas specifically, recruitment and sourcing
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame
  • Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Education/Experience:
  • Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 months working experience in technology or service industry
  • At least six months experience working in human resources with employment and recruitment / sourcing background preferred

This is the compensation package for this job opening:

Salary:  
Working Hours:   Day Shift (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Medical Insurance:   Small Private
