Lead Game Designer (Mall of Asia)
Responsibilities
DESCRIPTION:
• Responsibilities include management of the game design team, tasks assignment, and training; preparing design goals, and developing success indicators
• Establishing and maintaining design and integration process for all features and community content
• Developing and improving upon existing tools for level design and score balancing
• Other responsibilities include virtual economy currency data evaluation, balancing, monetization, and improvements
• Overseeing design for all game systems and features from pre-production to live release
• Leading and management of game design team, including assigning tasks, developing design goals, and success indicators
• Establishing design and integration processes for all features and community content
• Developing and improving upon existing tools and processes
• Rapidly iterating level design, score, monetization, and virtual economy balancing
REQUIREMENTS:
• Formal education with a principal focus on new media, interactivity, and game design
• Proven abilities in core game design fundamentals, game production, and fully executed titles for the Internet, console, and/or mobile platforms
• Must have working knowledge of Game Engines
• Must be knowledgeable of MMO’s, gaming platforms, and game trends
• Must be versatile with skills ranging from documenting, structuring projects, and writing detailed technical specifications
• Must have proven experience in virtual economy systems, structure, and maintenance
• Direct contribution and involvement with monetization and micro-transaction economy based products
• Must have strong creative and design sensibilities, an expert in the field of virtual worlds, and be adaptable to changing technology, restrictions, deadlines, and project requirements

Job Package Details
This is the compensation package for this job opening:
| Salary: | Php 100000 to Php 120000 depending on your qualifications | |
| Working Hours: | Day Shift (8:30am - 5:30pm) |
