Job Opening:
E-Commerce Reporting Assistant and Content Creator(MOA)
Responsibilities
Reporting Tasks Include:
- Competitive Price Analysis: Monitoring and reporting back on competitor Pricing
- Pulling reports from Google Analytics and Populating Report Spreadsheets (Keyword, Revenue, Traffic, Demographics) For SEO and Email Reports
- Pulling Reports from Facebook, Twitter, and our Ratings Platform
- Pulling reports from Email Platform, and taking screenshots
- Pulling reports and compiling feedback Reports
- Managing and populating customer service report (data from M5, Google, Website Alive and Odesk)
- On Site Query Reports from 3rd party tool: Nextopia
- Provide inbound linking reports
- Inventory Movement Reporting
Content Creator Tasks:
- Create 3 blog posts per week, with anchor text and links.
- Upload blog posts to blogging platform
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Excellent English Verbal and Writing ability
- MS Excel Experience: Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas (Sumif, Len, Concatenate, sum, avg, count, etc)
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience pulling reports from 3rd party tools
- Prior SEO experience
- Willing to work at Mall Of Asia, Pasay City
Helpful Experience with following:
- Bronto, Kampyle, Bazaar Voice, Website Alive, Seo Moz, Nextopia, Magento, M5, Compendium
- Interest in coffee
Job Package Details
This is the compensation package for this job opening:
| Salary: | Php 20000 to Php 40000 depending on your qualifications | |
| Working Hours: | 8:30am - 5:30pm | |
