Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant or Account Executive to join our young and dynamic team of creative professionals.
- Handle sales transactions through phone and email communication
- Send email proposals to companies in a PDF file format and give feedback to clients within 5 working
- Responsible in completing client orders through phone calls and email verification
- Follow-up and process the needs and requirements of the client
- Validate, check for missing items, and revise errors of delivered input
- Efficiently get client’s feedback for correction and make necessary adjustments of corrections in Adobe Indesign
- Deliver orders and meet deadlines on time
- Observe the workflow and share ideas on how to improve it
- On long term period, he/she will eventually lead this back office
