Data Analyst
Responsibilities
The main aim of this job is to process daily the newspapers that are required in the client's website and prepare them for data entry.
The newspaper program used is currently only available on a computer based in Sydney and is only accessible using remote software (eg Team Viewer).
The general process for this is currently as follows :
Training will be given for the software although what is required is fairly simple to use.

The general process for this is currently as follows :
- Access to client's program ‘Newspaper Direct’ using Team Viewer program
- Review the newspapers available for that day
- Check each available page to see if there are any client related advertising we need to monitor
- Use Photoshop to crop & blur page to only show advertisement required (copyright reasons cannot show any editorial work)
- Remove the Newspaper Direct logo and details if shown by cropping, cutting or blurring
- Save file to replace existing JPEG image
- Create new edition of the newspaper or supplement in client's admin site
- Upload appropriate pages to the website
Training will be given for the software although what is required is fairly simple to use.
Requirements
- Great English verbal and written communication
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet savvy
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines without compromising the quality of their work
- Solid attention to details
- Some Auditing experience would be ideal
- Long term commitment to the Client
- Available to work Tuesday - Saturday 7am to 4pm
Job Package Details
This is the compensation package for this job opening:
| Salary: | Php 13000 to Php 13000 depending on your qualifications | |
| Working Hours: | 7AM to 4PM | |
