Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

We are looking for customer service representatives who will be joining a new project that we have started up with one of our biggest clients. The project revolves around a number of verification processes for print directories. You will be following a number of protocols to filter out errors and redundancies within a specified document, which would involve outbound calls.

Requirements

• At least completed 2nd year college or a graduate of associate courses (2 years)
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Experience in using MS computer applications and familiarity with Adobe reader
• Must possess high analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills
• Can work effectively and efficiently under minimum supervision
• Experience in the directory publishing industry is an advantage
• Experience in proofreading is a plus
• Experience in making US outbound calls is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
