•Excellent writing skills
•Excellent interviewing skills
•Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, including the ability to create production-ready or press-quality documents, charts, and presentations
•Detail oriented
•Ability to follow rigorous research methodology and processes and meet deadlines
•Must enjoy learning and challenging your current understanding of how things work
•A self-starter who is able to multi-task and oversee 3 to 4 projects at the same time
•Great team player
•5 years of work experience as a writer or journalist or in a related area
•7 to 10 years of contact center management experience, including deep understanding of contact center technologies and applications.
