Administrative Officer

Responsibilities

  • Payroll - To compute the payroll of all client staff members based on days worked, OT hours rendered, salary deductions and PTO credits (if any)
    • Bonus Tracking - To compute individual performance bonuses based on job title
    • Cost calculation - To compute the total monthly cost of the client account to be verified by Finance Dept
  • Timekeeping - Strictly monitoring daily shift attendance (lates and absences) through manual logs. Determines daily operations headcount
  • Labor Relations - To ensure any communications from HR to client staff members (and vise versa) are cascaded to the people concerned
  • Employee File Keeping - To have access to employee files: contracts, government issued files (SSS, TIN numbers, Philhealth, etc)
  • Headcount Monitoring - To keep track of the running total headcount of the entire project
  • PTO credit monitoring - To keep track of the staff with PTO credits when they use it
  • Administrative Tasks - to provide several admin reports and duties for operational purposes
  • Tech performance tracking - handles individual and team metrics in reference to number of days/hours worked
  • Directly work with client managers and MicroSourcing project manager
  • Requirements

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge and skills with MS Excel, VBA preferred, good with numbers, statistics
    • Prior administrative experience
    • HR experience preferred
    • Strong English communication skills
    • Bachelor''''''''s Degree is required
