Offices inside the Eastwood Cyberpark

Our offices are located within the Eastwood Cyberpark, one of the major ICT & Outsourcing hubs in the Philippines, housing the offshore operations of companies such as Dell, IBM, Citibank and Cannon and large-scale call center operations such as eTelecare and Epixtar. It is a true 24/7/365 environment with offices, restaurants, shops and public transport operational at all hours of the day. Within the Eastwood Cyberpark, we have two offices inside the CyberOne Building (left side of the picture). The CyberOne Building has a state-of-the-art ICT backbone, backup generators, centralized air-conditioning supply and 24/7/365 security. Our two offices are divided into a 24/7/365 office and a regular Filipino office hours office.

Our standard workstation consists of: 120cm x 80cm office desk Height adjustable leather office chair with adjustable backrest and arm rests PC with minimum specs: Pentium 4 3.2 GHz+, 1GB RAM, 80GB HDD 17" CRT Flat Monitor Speakers, Webcam & Headset Windows XP & Norton Internet Security As explained in our pricing section, this workstation is the standard workstation at our standard $575 markup. You are free to order workstation hardware and software upgrades.

Telecommunications

We realize that slow or intermittent internet connectivity will directly impact the productivity of your offshore personnel. It will also make it difficult or even impossible to coordinate with your offshore team. A reliable, high speed connection is an essential component of our outsourcing solution. At MicroSourcing, we do not take any chances, which is why we use dedicated lease lines and backup lines to assure connectivity for our two offices. We have a total of four separate lines from three separate providers to assure 100% uptime of our connections.
