We will do so by looking at each and every step:
An overview of the steps that lead from first contact with the client to us providing that client with a fully operational offshore team in the Philippines.
In the first step, we will have a look at your business and your outsourcing requirements and opportunities. This will give us a general idea of what we need to set up.
Based on your requirements, we will come up with an outsourcing model that will provide the details of your manpower requirements, the operational methodologies, and the pricing structure that we will apply.
Together, we will draft the job profiles that are needed for your offshore team and our HR team will start the recruitment and selection process in close cooperation with you.
Once we have agreed on the people who will be part of your offshore team, we can finalize and sign our outsourcing agreement, thereby formalizing our service agreement.
Once the agreement is signed, we will allocate office space and workstations, and set up all the tools your team will need. Your offshore team can go live on the agreed starting date.
We will assure a smooth running offshore operation by providing all necessary HR management, technical support, and operations management.
At any time, you can expand your offshore team by discussing your additional requirements with us and then we will repeat steps 3 to 5 to swiftly expand your offshore team.
