Remote Supervision

Our management team will supervise your offshore team on location and report to you on HR related issues like attendance, absence, holiday and sick leaves and the working attitude of your offshore team members. Beyond this on-site supervision you are free to directly supervise your offshore team remotely. These are some of the tools we make available for remote supervision:

• IP Cameras
  IP Cameras can broadcast live video and even 2-way audio directly through the internet. This means that you will be able to see and hear your offshore team from any location in the world as long as you have an internet connection. We can attach IP Cameras on the ceiling of our office spaces to give our clients a broad overview and a way of mass communicating, or teleconferencing, with their offshore team.
  
  
• Webcams
  Webcams are simple cameras that can be attached to PCs to enable one-on-one conversations through the use of programs like MSN Messenger and Skype. This is our tool of choice for direct contact with a single team member.
  
  
• Telephone & Skype
  Besides normal telephone lines you can also use tools like Skype and other Voice-over-IP (VOIP) services to have voice contact with your offshore team members.
  
  

Working on Location

You are welcome to visit your offshore team in the Philippines and directly work with them inside our offices. In fact we encourage such visits since such personal contact will definitely strengthen the bond between your company and your offshore team members. We have seen in practice how such visits motivate our people and make them feel a part of our client's company. We facilitate these trips and besides arranging the necessary extra workspace in our offices we can also arrange your entire stay including airport pickup, hotel bookings and local transportation.
