Offices in the Eastwood City Cyberpark
Our offices are located within the Eastwood Cyberpark - one of the major ICT & Outsourcing hubs in the Philippines. It houses the offshore operations of companies such as Dell, IBM, Citibank, Cannon, and large-scale call center operations such as eTelecare and Concentrix. It is a true 24/7/365 environment with offices, restaurants, shops, and public transport operational at all hours of the day.
Headquarters at the eCommerce Plaza Building
In November 2008, we opened our new headquarters at the eCommerce Plaza building where we occupy the entire 9th floor. This new facility provides us with 2100 square meters of brand new office space consisting of four conference rooms, two server rooms, three rest and leisure areas, and a total capacity of 498 production and 32 management seats. Our operations group takes up a separate section in this office from where it controls all our projects.
Work floor
We avoid the endless rows of mini-cubicles that seem to have become the standard in the BPO industry. Our people commonly work together in teams which is why we opt for open workspaces that encourage people to interact. Our standard workspace is 120cm x 75cm in size which gives our people enough space to comfortably perform their work. Our standard workstation comes with a 19" LCD; but there are upgrade options to change the hardware configuration. Our system furniture enables us to reconfigure workstations and install upgrades like overhead cabinets and sound dampening panels.
Telecommunications
All of our clients are located outside the Philippines; this means our people need a stable and highspeed connection to the Internet and their client's servers to be able to do their work. We have a state of the art telecommunications setup spread out over two server rooms and managed by a team of tech support professionals. To assure 100% uptime of our systems and network, we have installed a number of backup lines. At the time of writing, our offices are served by seven lines from three different providers.
