"A year and a month ago, I applied for the Graphic Artist position but I ended up taking the job of a Team Leader. I currently monitor the production number and quality of my team of eight Graphic Artists. I also serve as a direct contact to US personnel when it comes to urgent assignments.

Interacting with my team which consists of young, hardworking, and motivated people promotes a friendly and unique working atmosphere. Though there are different teams within the project, we have managed to create a harmonious relationship. This makes my work a lot more fun and interesting.

Our first performance during the 2008 Christmas Party showed that my colleagues are very cooperative and fun to be with, and employees from other projects are very friendly as well. It was a memorable experience for me.

The company has a cozy, professional yet comfortable working environment and the fact that the management can easily address an issue, it feels like I'm being taken good care of. I really feel like it's my second home."
