"As a Graphic Artist Team Leader, my job is to manage and assist a group of Graphic Artists to achieve what is required from them and ensure that they do their best.

What I like best about the company is the presence of an organized office setup and facilities across all projects. The company has a fun and professional working environment and people here treat each other nicely and are easy to get along with.

I started working at MicroSourcing last April 8, 2008 as a Graphic Artist and I must say things are doing pretty well for me. The company provides a good training ground and gives me the opportunity to improve my skills in creating designs and managing a team. I started my training for the leadership program last March and became a full-fledged Team Leader last July. This training helped me in my transition from being a Graphic Artist to a Team Leader.

My fellow employees are very supportive and the management also gives words of encouragement. My colleagues and I share tips and techniques with each other to create ad designs and the teams in our studio share the same goal of producing accurate and eye-catching designs for our clients.

I think the bonding activity/company outing is one thing that makes working here fun and it's a positive/energizing experience for everyone. It is a chance for us to unwind and relax. Also, employees from day and night shifts participate in the monthly activities, giving me and my colleagues some time to enjoy each other's company."
