"My job involves conceptualization of designs for different projects and creation of various business and marketing materials including logos, flyers, posters, and banners. I closely work with the Flash Designer when it comes to web page layouts and designs. In my line of work, I need the right tools and latest web programs, and I can say that MicroSourcing ensures that I am well-equipped to deliver the desired outputs.
Two years ago, a client asked me to design scarves for small soccer teams. When the client came to visit, he gave me some scarves as souvenirs. The management also gave incentives for this particular project. That was when I realized how MicroSourcing gives value and appreciation to the efforts and skills of its employees.
The most memorable working experience for me (so far) was when I won the logo making contest for the company. I was also the one who created the poster, tarpaulin, flyers, and other company materials.
One of the things that I like about this company is its location. I live near Eastwood City so traveling to and from the office is not a problem. My colleagues are also fun to work with and the overall working environment is very conducive for my line of work. Moreover, the occasional dinners with my colleagues, parties, and company outings keep me motivated and inspired to contribute to the growth of the company."
