"My career at MicroSourcing started three years ago when I worked for MaxLifestyle, a MicroSourcing client, wherein I was responsible for creating Flash banners and animations for the beginner courses of some of their websites. During my first year as a MicroSourcing employee, I was assigned to create animated tutorials and was given the opportunity to work with the CEO, Philip Kooijman, who kept our discussions light, fun, and informative.
In January 2009, I became the in-house Flash designer of the Creative Services Group (CSG). Aside from animation work, I also take photographs which are used in the company website. Being a member of the CSG gives me room to further improve my animation and photography skills. I also meet new people through the different projects that I work on. This makes my work even more interesting.
As they say, "work hard, play hard." In MicroSourcing, I enjoy playing online games with fellow employees after office hours. There are also company outings and parties which enable me to meet other employees from different projects. These activities are a constant reminder that the company gives importance to the social growth of its employees.
For me, one of the best things about MicroSourcing is that the employees are friendly. In my three-year stay here, I have also witnessed how the working environment has evolved but the pleasant atmosphere remains. I am thankful that I am part of this company!"
