"I was first hired as a Measuring Technician but after a few weeks, I was given the Shift Supervisor position. I collaborate with my staff, maintain the smooth flow of the operation, and motivate my colleagues to do their best. For me, this transition is proof that the company cares for my professional growth. I can develop my skills and be more confident through proper tools and leadership training programs. I also receive support and guidance from my project manager and team members.

It's also a wonderful feeling to know that the General Manager has time to interact with the employees. The management is respectful and promotes a cool, relaxed, and professional working environment.
It's fun to work with the team and I learn a lot from my colleagues. We share our ideas and assist each other in order to achieve our goals. I have a lot of memorable experiences here and I feel excited and inspired to work everyday."
