"I was first hired as a Measuring Technician. After only a few months, I got the Team Leader position. I currently manage and assist my team to ensure that we are able to meet the requirements of the client. This immediate promotion, as well as the leadership training program and seminars facilitated by the management proved to be very helpful in my career growth. As a Team Leader, I learn how to deal with people and appreciate them more.
If I will be asked what I like about the company, my answer would be the fun and very pleasing working environment because my co-workers are fun to work with. Our project manager handles the entire team very well, trusts us in making decisions, and values our ideas. In general, the company gives importance to the ideas and thoughts of the employees to make sure that every need is addressed.
The management facilitates activities/company outings that help relieve stress of employees. The Christmas party last year, for instance, became a memorable experience for me because it highlighted the talents and skills of employees from different projects. Overall, it's nice to know that the company helps us achieve that work-life balance that everyone needs."
